แม้ว่าสถานการณ์ความตึงเครียดระหว่างไทยและกัมพูชา จะมีแนวโน้มคลี่คลายไปในแนวทางสันติวิธีตามกลไกการเจรจาระหว่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานียังคงติดตามและประเมินสถานการณ์ด้วยความไม่ประมาท ดังนั้นเพื่อเป็นการช่วยเหลือ บรรเทาความเดือดร้อน และลดความกังวลของนักศึกษา ผู้ปกครอง และบุคลากรที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์ดังกล่าว รวมทั้งเพื่อให้การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานีจึงออกประกาศเลื่อนกำหนดการสอบกลางภาค ภาคการศึกษาต้น ปีการศึกษา 2568ดังนี้
1.กำหนดการสอบกลางภาค ภาคการศึกษาต้น ปีการศึกษา 2568
ให้เลื่อนกำหนดการสอบกลางภาค ภาคการศึกษาต้น ปีการศึกษา 2568 ระหว่างวันที่ 4 ถึง 17 สิงหาคม 2568 ออกไปเป็นระหว่างวันที่ 13 ถึง 24 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2568
ทั้งนี้ ในระหว่างวันที่ 4 ถึง 10 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ให้ถือช่วงเวลาดังกล่าวเป็นสัปดาห์การเรียนการสอน ที่ใช้เนื้อหาการเรียนรู้ตามแผนการสอนหลังการสอบกลางภาค เพื่อให้การเรียนการสอนสามารถดำเนินการได้อย่างต่อเนื่องตามปฏิทินการศึกษา
2. กำหนดการถอนรายวิชาโดยได้รับสัญลักษณ์ Wภาคการศึกษาต้น ปีการศึกษา 2568
ให้เลื่อนกำหนดการถอนรายวิชาโดยได้รับสัญลักษณ์ Wภาคการศึกษาต้น ปีการศึกษา 2568 ระหว่างวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน ถึง 12 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2568 ออกไปเป็นระหว่างวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน ถึง 19 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2568
ทั้งนี้ ให้กองบริการการศึกษา ปรับปฏิทินการศึกษา และบริหารจัดการการสอบกลางภาค ภาคการศึกษาต้น ปีการศึกษา 2568 ร่วมกับคณะ/วิทยาลัย เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับประกาศฉบับนี้

Ubon Ratchathani University Announcement
Subject: Postponement of Midterm Examinations for
the First Semester of Academic Year 2025
Although the ongoing tensions between Thailand and Cambodia have shown signs of de-escalation through peaceful diplomatic negotiations, Ubon Ratchathani University continues to closely monitor and assess the situation with great caution. To provide support, alleviate concerns, and reduce potential difficulties for students, parents, and university personnel affected by the situation, while ensuring that the assessment of learning outcomes remains effective, the University hereby announces the postponement of midterm examinations for the first semester of Academic Year 2025 as follows:
1. Midterm Examinations Schedule
The midterm examinations for the first semester of Academic Year 2025, originally scheduled for August 4 - 17, 2025, will be postponed to August 13 - 24, 2025.
During August 4 - 10, 2025, regular classes will continue, covering instructional content that was originally planned for after the midterm examinations, in order to maintain academic continuity in line with the academic calendar.
2. Course Withdrawal with “W”
The course withdrawal period with a "W" grade for the first semester of Academic Year 2025, initially set for June 30 - September 12, 2025, will be extended to June 30 - September 19, 2025.
The Division of Academic Services is instructed to revise the academic calendar and coordinate with the faculties and college to manage the midterm examinations in accordance with this announcement.
